HOUSES FROM SCRAP PAPER Scrap paper is generated by every community in the USA in mind bogglying amounts. Scrap that is filling our landfills and creating need of transportation to deliver to landfills. All this paper could be diverted to a factory that shreds and mixes with resin and places into molds to create panels to be put together as a house - thereby reducing the need for placement of paper in landfills and the transportation required to take it there - and to produce a usable product for the use of needed housing. The building of houses by this method has been demonstrated as viable and only needs to be enacted by the infusion of financing to get it started. Nopales could also be used for 'filler'. ***************************** ----ETHANOL FROM NOPALES-- There is billions of tons of PRICKLY PEAR (NOPALES) cactus in the USA, as well as in other parts of the world. At the present time this cactus is not being utilized for anything, although it definitely has the ingrediants for food, as evidnced by being used for cattle feed (after the stickers are burned off with a blow torch) in the past. It is also eaten now as "NAPOLITOS" by humans, especially in Mexico. The green pads are cleaned and cut into strips much alike green beans, cooked and served same as any vegetable. The sugar, starch, callulose and other contents of the NOPALES can be found on results of NOPALES or PRICKLY PEAR on a search engine. The business of harvesting, preparing and fermenting of the NOPALES (includes all varieties and some other cacti as well-also YUCCA) will be done with view for a large scale operation. Visualize a harvesting machine on tracks that will cut and escalate large amounts of cacti to the rear of the machine into a large wheeled container that can be replaced with an empty in the field . This machine should be able to cut and poison trees mesquite,cedar etc that are so often intertwined with cacti). The business would include charging the landowner for clearing his land of noxious plants. The fermentation would produce ETHANOL, CO2, AND CATTLE FEED products which would all produce income from their sale.
