LANDLORD'S CAFE-a place where landlords can learn what they need to know
LANDLORD'S CAFE will have the THEME of helping landlords in the conduct of their business. Have all the avenues of help that is now in the public domain concentrated in the LANDLORD'S CAFE for ease of use-with objective to make the recycling of older houses easier, to supply homes to the low income folks. The CAFE will have lists of local good and bad renters (especially the serial cheaters who prey on landlords), which can be posted into a large data base in the future; Realtors, Attorneys, properties for sale and rent, recommended insurance companies, lendors, helpful govt agencies, appraisers, contractors and day workers,
landlords, etc.
In some smaller cafes have a corner devoted to landlords, in other cases have the entire cafe devoted to landlords; in some cases have the advertised name of "LANDLORD'S CAFE" and have all things possible to assist landlords. Items on display will be; samples of all legal documents that are in the public records; all papers that 'office supplies' sell routinely (blank deed forms, contracts of all kinds, lien forms, legal instructions that are in books distributed to the public,) Citizens are forbidden to give legal advice without a law license. But anything in the public domain can be distributed as 'READ IT AND LEARN IT' yourself.
An attorney can charge whatever they want to do a 1 page deed, usually $50 to $200, that takes only 10 minutes to do.
It is possible/probable to expand the LANDLORD'S CAFE across the USA since it is needed in all population areas.
Various sizes of displays will be developed to sell to existing cafes as added attraction to their cafe and sold or franchised everywhere.
GIVE A HOUSE TO SAVE A HOUSE inc, non-profit is registered in the state of Texas - The corporation's mission is to give empty houses to deserving people, especially veterans, hopefully to have enough money in the future to become active in that pursuit on a large scale.
Perhaps the new NATIONAL HOUSING TRUST FUND, voted in H R 1461 to supply funds for supplying affordable homes to the low income folks, will help in this endeavor in the future. www.nhtf.org
